Algomin is a second-generation family company, founded in 1983. The current owners Oscar and Eric Lagerberg are satisfied with the acquisition by Hasselfors Garden: “Our family has been able to make a true success story out of Algomin and build a solid and loyal customer base that is continuously growing. We believe that in the care of Hasselfors Garden Algomin products can continue to grow and support the needs of even a wider group of consumers interested in gardening”.

The sales of Algomin products have been steadily rising and their market position is very strong. The well-known Algomin brand has been functioning as a platform for new product releases which have been welcomed by the loyal customer base. The popularity has also been enhanced by an ambitious environmental focus dating back 40 years, supported by ISO and KRAV certifications.
