Second edition of Distrelec Guide to Robotics and Automation now available.

Distrelec, one of Europe’s leading distributors of electronics and electronic components, has released the second part of its acclaimed Robotics and Automation Guide.

Manchester (UK) and Nänikon (CH) – This three-part eBook, penned by Distrelec executives and industry experts, delivers valuable insights to help engineers automate manufacturing processes and workflows.

The first part, released earlier this year, featured a brief history of robotics, as well as information about robot types, applications, industry 5.0 and cobots. The second part announced today looks beyond manufacturing, and it explores sectors that can benefit from smart automation like agriculture. It also provides valuable input to overcome financial obstacles to automation.
